Important update:

During Holidays you may experience delays in shipping. We are not responsible for additional time held in customs or post-office. 

At this given time, Mala Baby’s process is as follows:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100
  • $6 flat fee on orders under $100 in Ontario and $12 outside of Ontario. effective as of Feb., 15, 2024
  • Free local pick up is no longer available as of October 1, 2024, unless approved by store owner.
  • Delivery is unavailable at this time.

 

Processing Time

Your orders are fulfilled within 1-3 days. Tracking information is provided to you upon fulfilment. 

Domestic Shipping on Canadian Orders

  • Domestic orders: processed within 1-3 days. Processing & packing update sent to you. Dispatch information to follow with approximate delivery date. 
  • Shipping timelines are in addition to Processing Time.
  • Shop now, pay over time with Shop Pay or Sezzle
  • Taxes are calculated at checkout

Orders within the province of Ontario: Please allow up to 2-5 days

Orders outside of Ontario: Please allow up to 7-10 days, excluding Holidays.

 

Orders to the United States

Shipments to the U.S may take up to 7-10 days (please allow 14 days for full shipment). We are not held responsible for additional time spent in customs.

Rest of the world

Please verify your destination for delivery in our check-out form. If it is not listed, we do not ship to that specific destination. Processing time is up to 5 days and approximately 7- 14 days for delivery. Processing & packaging update is sent to you. Dispatch information with tracking will be sent once item departs the store and approximate delivery date will be provided. Mala Baby is not responsible for any additional time your item may be held in customs.
